As the founder of a leading real estate company in Sri Lanka, she has successfully overseen the establishment of several luxury condominium developments—managing all aspects from land acquisition and legal documentation to project launches and off-plan sales.
Lina’s exceptional track record as a high achiever and trendsetter is grounded in her deep expertise in the luxury condominium market. With 17 years spent in senior management roles, she has sold hundreds of high-end luxury apartments—a remarkable accomplishment within the Sri Lankan property market—and is personally credited with generating a significant percentage of those sales. With an extensive career spanning London, Albania, and now Sri Lanka, Ian brings a wealth of international real estate expertise to ExpatKey Properties.
